We would love to hear from people who have something
compelling to say/show about fandom, to feature in this 90 minute
documentary. We're looking for creative people who've been inspired
by the objects of their admiration. We're exploring why, but more
importantly, HOW, people express themselves as fans [of anything!].
Make no mistake - we're not specifically searching for wackiness
here [this is not MTV]. Are you a fan? Do you collect all the
live long day? Do you have strong opinions about the state of
fandom today? Do you write and trade fanfiction? Do you travel
the country attending sci-fi cons, or catching every show your
favorite band plays? Have you been a charter member of a fan club
for the past 25 years? Has your fansite been shut down over copyright
infringement? Has celebrating your object of fandom become an
intergral part of your everyday life? Drop us a line (
fanglory@hotmail.com)
with a colorful description of your obsessive past-time.
